twenty8™ Classes + Community Access

I initially ordered the Pilates board June 29, it arrived July 3. I activated my free initial 30 day program on July 25. I first used the board on July 26 and was very dissatisfied. I requested a refund for the Pilates board about four different times and then I was charged on July 29 for membership for a product I don’t want. They are still giving me the runaround.

Tried to contact several times to cancel my subscription and they never responded until afted the subscription renewed. Very poor communication and customer service.

Cant canel the subscription. The website goes unresponsive everytime!!! Awful!
