This game has table presence and the gimmick of the marbles rolling down the 12 rivers actually helps to visualize the strategy of where to place your tribe tokens. I suspect I would always try to play with four players so that all rivers are active as its an interesting puzzle to figure out where the marbles might end up based on where others have placed their tribe tokens. Tremendously cool game! (Side note: the box is a larger square than a standard "Ticket to Ride" game box.)

Lots of fun!

This game is a lot of fun to play. We love that the turn order changes frequently and the random placement of pearls. The younger members love the physical interaction this game gives, which is also helpful for those who have a hard time focusing in on a longer game.
