High hopes dashed

I was excited to get this for a friend, but it doesn't open. If I apply anymore pressure in pulling the tail,it seems like something is going to tear. I'm not sending it bút will try buying another version that might work more easily for arthritic hands. Cute as a bug's ear, but still a disappointment

My 95 year old aunt

I sent my aunt this card for her big birthday. She is in an assisted living facility and misses her animals. She loved this card! Thank you!
