I'm really enjoying these AdaptaBells. The extensions give extra room for heavier plates. I feel plenty confident to do above the head work with these. They seem really well constructed.

I found the adaptabell was a great way to increase my weight without having to buy heavier dumbells then after I can take the weights off & rerack them I also have the weight vest thank you for this great addition to my gym

Definitely a good purchase

I really appreciate being able to load up the dumbbells with extra weight. Much better than the spin lock dumbbells I was using. No worries about these spinning loose on me while using and much more comfortable to set on my thighs when doing incline or overhead presses. Definitely a worthy purchase.
