Absolutely AMAZING product! Works just as promised. The only thing I would suggest is to add a clip to the plug so when you wrap it up, you can clip the cords end onto the cord.

I would habe left this as no stars since they sat on the order for weeks, continually lied and said it was on the way and it wasn’t. The customer service was horrible. But the product finally arrived several weeks late and it’s a really good product. If it was just the product I likely would have given it 5 stars. I will just hope it lasts and I dont have to deal with their rotten customer service.

I do love this product. Its my second one. The first my dog eat all the parts to it. I tried emailing them about buying new parts never received an answer so after a year i ended up getting new. Good product terrible communication with customers
