Custom Rectangle & Square Window Seat Cushions

The cushions arrived once again (repeat customer) as expected. The highest quality. Perfect fit. My only criticism is the very poor customer service I received prior to my booking. I asked as a repeat customer if a discount could be applied or the simple addition of 2 free throw cushion covers (as was sent with my first order). They said sure we can do that, we’ll look into it. Only to be told several emails later that was not possible. Which was and is very disappointing. They did state if I ordered AGAIN they would give me a discount process. Which after spending close to $1,000 on two orders … I’ll not be returning to do. Such a shame.

Not Worth the Price

For context, I ordered a rectangular shaped bench cushion and not something oddly shaped or overly customized. For the amount I spent, I am so shocked by the quality of the cushion I received. Part of me wondered if at first I had ordered a cushion cover and not the cushion itself. It is the floppiest, least comfortable cushion.

Perfect fit and fabric. Exactly what I was looking for.
