We love our ID Software.

Not worth the upgrade

We purchased to get the ability to connect to a spreadsheet to pull names. That actually works fine. However, once you create the template with the fields from the spreadsheet, having the end user select one is practically impossible. The search interface looks like it was written for an IT person 20 years ago. You have to use a like search to find a name and it doesn't return search results, you have to tab through the names. No end user will ever figure this out.

Code does not work and no support

I purchased an activation code that did work and followed all their instructions on troubleshooting, but the code was not accepted. I have been reaching out to sales and support for almost a month and have not gotten a response. Now I am going to have to get the credit card company involved as they will not help.
