Great for aging runner

Great intro to creatine
My PT recommended trying a creatine supplement to help with muscle recovery. Was worried about adding another supplement to my routine, but this was affordable and easy enough to mix in with my post workout protein shake.

Mixes well
This product mixes into liquids better than the other brand that I have used. There is much less gritty sludge left at the bottom.
