Results

I have struggled with bloating for decades. Have been using RCE and DMN products going on month and do feel improvement. My bloating (which was epic) has really diminished ALOT. Notice that I really have to focus on the hydration to see the benefits.

Early days using RCE.

I am in the early days of using RCE. Many of those days are working great. I am very happy to be taking the product, which also encourages me to get in my water. I am on a GLP-1, so I very much appreciate having this product!!!

Regularity

I have been using this supplement at a dose of one capsule per night to support regularity. Did not really have a problem before since I already take dmn and eat for gut diversity, but this has still helped me have a more comfortable and complete bm in the mornings. My only complaint is the large capsule size as someone that has difficulty swallowing pills. I have not found a way to take this pain free. It is better when coated with olive oil but still hurts if it doesn’t go down exactly right. Sprinkling in applesauce was also hard since the ginger is so strong I found it irritating to my throat. That would be my only reason for not giving it the full 5 stars. I love that I can trust every supplement put out by Dr. B and 38 Tera to be evidence based and provided in a clean format.
