My order hasnt arrive

Hello, I am responding to this message because I have now received a survey regarding my purchase, while my issue remains unresolved and I have not received any meaningful update on my order. Order number: #91678 Order date: April 2, 2026 To summarize the situation clearly: I placed this order on April 2, 2026, with an estimated delivery window that has long since passed. I was later informed that the parcel had been shipped via Delivengo under tracking number LD243325852FR. I was then told that the package was likely being held in customs in the Dominican Republic and that I should contact customs directly. I checked the local customs system in the Dominican Republic, and there was no record of the parcel. I informed your team of this and requested concrete evidence of the parcel’s location, proof of entry into the country, customs reference, local courier information, BL / transport reference, and shipment documentation. Your team then replied that they would recheck the matter with logistics and Delivengo and provide further confirmation. After that, no meaningful update or documented proof was provided. I formally requested a refund due to non-delivery, given that the order remains undelivered, the tracking has shown no meaningful progress since April 8, and there is still no verifiable local traceability. Your team responded that a refund could only be issued once the parcel is returned to your warehouse. I then reiterated that this position leaves me without the merchandise, without evidence of its location, and with my funds still tied up in an unresolved order. At this stage, the matter remains unresolved. I still do not have the merchandise, I still do not have clear proof of where the parcel is, and I still have not received a final resolution from your team. For that reason, I want this message to serve as a formal written record that this is a non-delivery case and that I have made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve it directly with your support team before proceeding further through the appropriate channels.
