This is a flavor that everyone in the household loves. The taste is pleasant and I appreciate that this is a no-caffeine option. The single serve packets are handy for travel (impossible to stay hydrated on a plane without ‘em!) and for daily use especially for active people in the summer heat.

I like to drink a Liquid IV first thing in the morning because as a teacher I don’t always drink enough water throughout the school day.

This is my favorite electrolyte mix out of all the others I tried. The taste is better than any other product I've used, and I like the saltiness. Some of the others left me wanting additional salt after drinking. . . I also think the small amount of sugar helps with absorption because I feel less thirsty or dehydrated after a few sips. Finally, the shipping was incredibly fast.
