Bought the firm and the medium and both have been good. My husband is very picky about pillows and the firm has been good for his neck. The medium is very soft and smooshy but it’s been working for me along with a firmer backup pillow.

So wonderful
Great pillows. I didn’t realize how horrible my pillows were until I got these. The best. Just the right amount of squish and support. Also got the pillow covers

The pillows got very flat very quickly
They were very comfy at first! But even with fluffing every night they got less comfortable
