I honestly ordered the wrong size. Contacted support and was shot down on every option to return and exchange for the correct size. I offered to pay for shipping both ways but was told no it was a final sale. So now i have a pair of shoes that dont fit my son and no other money to buy him shoes for now. I sent the request the same day as they were delivered.
