HORIZON 20

It broke down after first update

I purchased HORIZON 20 to watch World Cup games. The unit is brick after the first update, which was a week later, it has been over a week with support to resolve the issue. They keep asking same questions and finally decided to replace the unit after a week of exchanging emails. The support team is based in Asia, which adds a huge delay in responses. I am told it will take 3-4 days to just create the shipment label, then I have to send the unit back to them and after they receive the unit and inspection they will be able to send me a new unit. I won’t be able to watch any soccer games before all this completed. Maybe I will return the unit and close the case and purchase a better brand.

Feels like I have a theater at home.

It's been about a month now and I couldn't be happier. Feels like I have a movie theater at home. I've been re-watching my favorite movies and see them like never before. Very, very happy with the horizon 20!!!

Fantastic Projector

Feels like being at the movies very exciting love the camera movements in movies so glad I bought it I am now looking for a nice movie screen to go with this fantastic projector.
