Sharing flour is love

My daughters and son in law make sour dough bread- this last time I bought bread flour and my usual 25 lbs of AP flour. My one daughter said it was the best loaf she had ever made. I just live for my baking.

Great Product

Quality is important to me, this product is very good quality. I did notice you cannot use the bread flour to feed your starter. I switched to the white flour and it came back to life.

This is the only brand I use for making sourdough bread. I am gluten sensitive and have no issues using this flour.
