Great customer service
I love this little craft iron, but mine stopped working after using it just a couple of times. It was expediently replaced and I really appreciate that!!

I just love this iron. Perfect size and weight to it. Overall the experience of having my iron replaced do to a defect in my other one I purchased was especially wonderful. Service was great. I work in a quilt shop and let others know what a great iron.
