ELITE TRIO PACKAGE

Recieved chairs and was exactly what I was expecting!!! Very well built with a great finish. (Black & red) Have already put to good use as I'm a diesel/auto tech... I was looking for something that would last me a lifetime and made in the USA. And I'm pretty sure I got both! Yes they are pricey but think about all the junk that's sold from overseas. (Junk) You get what you pay for and these will be around for many years... I will be purchasing a work cart next!

I waited a week for someone to call me back (the person at customer support was great) the gentleman who it was elevated to promised to call back and after a week I realized he was not going to. I guess I just didn’t have a “wow” experience and despite promises to make it right, it just sat here. The products are fine but at that price point I didn’t get the new car smell experience and that is unfortunate for both of us. I wish the company well, maybe growing pains just got to my order
