No issues
I’ve had no issues getting these to stay on for several long and sweaty hours under a tight top or leotard. They are a bit smaller in diameter than other similar silicone bra pads so if you need more coverage that’s something to consider, but I like them because they don’t feel as heavy when they’re on. I’ve used these multiple times and they don’t get sticky or gross after washing.

Smooth and secure
These buttons are indeed smooth and stayed securely in place. They were quite seamless under my leotard.
