so far so good

I have been taking this supplement for about 2 weeks. It mixes easily into my protein shake (which is also chocolate) and I like the combo of creatine and collagen. I am not sure yet about the effectiveness.

How dare this be as effective as it is?

I am genuinely angry how much of a difference this packet of assorted supplements makes in how I feel and how I recover. It feels like I’ve leveled up to a completely different place after just a few days of taking it consistently.

A great addition to my protein shake. I use Momentous to increase overall protein, but Foundation ticks a lot of boxes so I know I am repairing my body after training
