Liked how the dumbell drops in perfectly in the middle. Performed well when i did my weighted dips. If i were to improve on it i would have bigger holes on the top or just use a slightly bigger set of carabiners.
I ended up using my extra large caribiners and put it through the big holes in the middle and it worked out perfectly for this specific workout.
