Best Brisket
I used the beef injection as well as the heifer dust on 10 briskets. All came out wonderful. Fed 200 people and all were happy.

Grandkids love brisket
Only tried it on a flat and point so far-the kids gobbled it up without me having a healthy taste-full packer going on for the 4th -I’ll update the review then with more pics
