Great versatility, fast shipping, lacking a few quality components

While I love the versatility of this sofa (storage, washing ability, convertible space arrangements. , this RUBIK III is a bit uncomfortable and hard. Also it is really hard to get customer support. I wished there was an option to purchase additional brackets on the website. We don’t have enough brackets for the configuration that we want and can’t figure out how to order them

Very nice, but...

Over all the product is nice, but I do worry about the back rest. It doesn't feel very sturdy if it isn't against a wall, so i worry that it may not last terribly long without additional support.
