Awful customer service. Pod arrived without required parts and a defect (bulge in inner lining). Contacted lumi straight away but no response for nearly 2 weeks. 5 emails, multiple attempts to live chat (the live chat function no longer works), none of your phone numbers are valid... I feel scammed as I cannot use the 300 pound pod and cannot even take to anyone. Make this better Lumi!

High quality ice bath
Incredible quality ice bath - the inflatable design is rock solid and perfect size ti get fully submerged. Arrived quick and well packaged - been plunging everyday - it’s great!
