These leggings are very helpful to me as I try to manage lipedema with very little professional help. I am unable to find a physician or therapist covered by my insurance, and going by the sizing recommendations online and the fact that I am 5'8" and 160 lbs. ,, I ordered a Large. They are a bit tight, and I called the number for Sue on the website, and she advised me that because I am tall and am wearing them over the heel, like open-toed stockings, I should have ordered XL or even XXL. I plan to keep these, because they are helpful, but I will order larger ones in future. I feel gently held and supported in them, and apart from the fact that they are difficult to put on and a bit restrictive when I walk (no doubt because they a bit small) I very much appreciate them.

These compression leggings fit well. They are initially hard to figure out how to get them on but once you have a method it’s easy. They aren’t as compressed as some I’ve worn but I find them comfortable. I’d order again.
