Sad…

I LOVE IT, loaded it up with everything I need for doing quotes and important papers I wanted to keep in 1 spot like receipts, business cards and things like that. I had it for a few weeks and left it on the back of my truck and drove away. Haven’t seen it since… drove back to where I last used it twice and it’s nowhere to be seen. So sad.. other than that I loved it!!

Bought 2 of these for my wife and to help keep things organized for an upcoming travel adventure. These easily fit a a small travel journal for sketching and watercolor along with out airline tickets, passports, and the Sidekick V2.

Bought 2 of these for my wife and I to help keep things organized for an upcoming travel adventures. These easily fit a a small (5.5 x 8) travel journal for sketching and watercolor along with our airline tickets, reservations, passports, and the Sidekick V2. These are very well made and the light colored interior makes it easy to find things inside. My only problem with this is that they came out with the Daily Folio A5 several weeks after we purchased these and this would of been an even better choice for us.

I had previously bought the A5 Field Journal, and really like it. I enjoy all the room it has, for notebooks and a plethora of pens, and odd bits of kit. But I am a rough and tumble sort, love camping and kayaking, and find myself in the less level parts of the environment. I feared that some odd bit would work its way out, or the occasional stick might jam its way between the pages should I take a header. It was a great excuse to buy the Field Folio. Now I have a zipper posing a bit more of a barrier between my precious pages and the wide, wild world. I do find myself pulling the notebook out to write, rather than leaving it in, and wishing I had a firmer surface. But then, I am roughing it, right? I can fit a small writing board behind the notebooks and devise a way to clamp it to the notebook of choice and call it custom. Thank you for a well-made and useful product. The first one I use for notes at the ink station. Filthy windows, but I have other stuff to do. Like write reviews.
