It’s been great reassurance in the 1st trimester knowing I’m meeting my needs for choline when the nausea makes it hard to get thru foods.

I use needed for all of my supplements and especially love the Choline ones, because there's already choline in the prenatals I just do one of this pills to hit the value I need and this is the easiest pill to take!
