ZERO STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have always had positive experiences with Modlite products and have been very satisfied with their quality and performance. Unfortunately, my recent experience with customer service has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order on March 29 (today is 5/31) that was never delivered. Because the shipment was insured through Redo, I promptly filed an insurance claim and attempted to contact customer service multiple times for assistance and updates. Despite numerous attempts, I received zero meaningful communication, and my claim remains unresolved. While shipping issues can happen and are not always the fault of the company, timely communication and customer support are essential when problems arise. The lack of meaningful responce has left me frustrated and without either the product I paid for or a refund.

This is the best cap light adapter I’ve found and it does not destroy the utility of the light for every day use.
