Great Vegan Cheese

When I first bought it, wasn't that crazy about the taste, but then I added garlic, scallions, chopped herbs from outside on top of some crackers and it was addicting. Could easily eat a wheel in one sitting for a meal. Well made .

Love it, the first non-dairy cheese that tastes like cheese. I wish it were more affordable, I would order it more frequently for sure

Exquisite! Genius!

The cheese is exquisite - the only shortcoming is that the package is too small and thus I am tempted to eat about half of it at one sitting. But I hold back, and simply dream of when I can have another portion.
