Box blew every seam

This is the second part of an order I made, and it came I. A day late. This order came in a box that barely held itself together, and was missing equipment. I called multiple times, never got an answer, and left a complaint at customer service, got a call back about 2 weeks later addressing my complaint (Very polite and professional). I was told I would get more equipment to replace what went missing in transit, but customer service will no longer answer my calls, and I have not gotten a call back in over a month.

Great product and support

I’ve been using acorn for several years now it’s a great product. They also have an excellent support team. UPS lost my package and acorn insured that I was sent a replacement free of charge. Thank you acorn.

Everyone seems to use plastic foundation except me. Then David Burns talked about it and I was sold. Easy to work with and I’m sure the girls will like it too. Time will tell.
