paid over $250 for this case & the handle was missing the pin that connects the handle to the case I fixed it on the fly with a nut & bolt cause I needed to use it then I contacted the company about the issue & was told ok if you have any other issues let us knowwasn'toffered any compensation just an ok

Excellent quality at an unbeatable price. Purchased for work to transport my tools when traveling via airplane. Has gone on three trips so far since buying it and has survived airline baggage handlers. Highly recommend.
