Makes Quad Targeting Much Easier
I'm very glute-dominant in my squats and squat variations; this board is extremely helpful in shifting focus to my quads so they'll finally (hopefully) grow. This board may not permit you to keep your feet too far apart due to its limited width; however, I don't see squats using this board as a PR opportunity. I use this board for slow, controlled reps where I focus on feeling my quads so its lack of width doesn't really impact its overall function (for me, at least). Lastly, BOS' squat wedge board is small and discrete. I'm able to store it under a dumbbell stand (pictured) so it doesn't even have its own footprint in my little basement gym. Storage is critical for me and I really appreciate this piece not taking up much of it.
