By itself, I'm not thrilled with the taste, mostly because I don't like Cherry Falvored things (I was hoping that the berry would be more prominent) but I incorporated it into a smoothie and also tried it mixed in with another beverage packet, and it was fine.

I have only been taking it for four days now. I really don’t feel any different yet. I will use the whole container because I don’t want to waste my money. I hope that I start to feel a difference soon. It does not taste like cherry’s to me or my son. Kinda taste like dirt!
