To be honest, I really wanted to love it. The flavor and taste is really hard to get down. The aftertaste is horrible ... for me. My husband said it wasn't that bad for him. Different person, different tastes.
I went with the powder instead of the gummies thinking it would have a less sweet flavor, it's to sweet. I don't know if I'll order again for me, but if it helps my husband and he likes it, I will for him.

I’ve only had my order for a few days so I haven’t noticed any changes yet, but the flavor is very pleasant! More cherry flavored than beet, even though I LOVE beets anyway!
