The Ice Brick

The Pod Co. ice bricks make it much simpler to cool down the cold plunge. You don't need to refill the ice bricks each time and they don't spill over in your freezer. They also do a great job cooling down the cold plunge compared to other refillable ice bricks. I'd also recommend the water circulation jet - this does make a difference as it makes the water feel colder when you're in the cold tub.

Sturdy, easy to open/close, not rough on your skin if your bumping them in the tub. Flat and wide I think helps them freeze quick. Left them in the tub for 2 days and while the plunge after 48 hrs wasnt AS cold, it was cold enough for me to feel the benefits!

This came free as part of a bundle I purchased. It does take up freezer space, but great to not have to buy ice or pour ice from fridge/freezer. I wouldn’t have purchased this separately initially, but super glad it came with my bundle purchase.
