Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Does it resolve all issues or completely fix low back issues, of course not. We are happy with the product and we didn’t expect it to be more either.

Amazing stretch. I’m still learning all the correct ways to use it but it helps stretch in a better more controlled way like I’ve never experienced before. Highly recommend and don’t accept substitutes. Skip the bands and try CastleFlexx; I’m a believer!

I am 59 - there is a gap in the previous chart ! I have recently had knee surgery and over the years have lost a lot of flexibility. Trying to regain range of motion, and the castleflexx really helps with that. It is easy to use and the effects can be felt immediately.
