Very thirst quenching. Taste is so good that it makes it easy to want to stay hydrated. Wish it came in a large container with its own scoop.

good flavor but a little sweet

Arctic Raspberry flavor has great hydration and dissolves quickly. The flavor is very palatable but is a little on the sweet side, so maybe it could have a little less sugar which would also cut the calories.

Love the taste. Our kids like this one a lot as well. It is just enough flavor and is exactly what is needed before and after sports. We also keep it on hand for when anyone is sick to make sure they stay hydrated
