Ok broccoli, I see you
Tested this out on a 4th of July 5k since I could compare to similar distances and weather. 92% humidity is never easy, but it definitely didn't feel *as* bad as some other runs in similar conditions. The taste isn't that bad - I had worse at the bars in college.

Chug it!
Flavor is definitely weird but chugging it makes it bearable (& better than the goo that is bicarb 🤢). My son and I both have seen it's benefits & are repeat customers. Worth the money if you're a serious competitor.

Great product
Nomio is easy to take, and I feel the benefits when doing my threshold workouts. Sometimes the cap doesn’t twist off easily, but other than that, no complaints!
