DO NOT WASTE YOUR$$
I was so excited to get this sectional. I spent a lot of time researching before purchasing it, and the reviews made it seem like it would be a great choice for a busy family. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The construction is disappointing. The frame appears to be made from very soft wood, and the areas where the connecting screws attach have started to splinter. As a result, the sectional constantly wobbles and the pieces pull apart. The metal connectors that are supposed to hold the sections together simply don't do their job, so we're frequently having to push the couch back together. The washable covers were another major disappointment. Even after following the care instructions and soaking them, dirt and stains remain embedded in the fabric. They don't come clean the way I expected for a "washable" couch. Finally, the fabric texture attracts every piece of lint, pet hair, fuzz, and debris from blankets, socks, and clothing. It always looks messy, even shortly after being cleaned. Overall, I regret this purchase. While the sectional looked like a great value on paper, the poor construction, ineffective washable fabric, and high-maintenance upholstery make it difficult for me to recommend, especially for families with kids or pets.

Beautiful fabric nightmare to assemble
We were very excited to get this sectional. It came in many, many boxes. The fabric is exquisite. We spent most of a whole day putting it together. For some reason the screw holes did not line up exactly right on one side of it. It was nearly impossible to line up. We had to get tools out of the garage to make it line up. After about two hours, we finally had it together but that side of the sectional, where it turns the corner, is still loose. The “technician” came then and he didn’t know what he was doing and was no help in making it better. Also, it’s very difficult to put the covers on the corner pieces. It took us about 7 hours to assemble the sofa and at one point, we just wanted to quit. It’s not as easy as it looks in the videos. So for over $5000 , I would say that’s a high price to pay for so little customer service and the extra cost for the technician to come over, who was clueless. He actually tried to put it back together incorrectly and we had to show him how to do it. The couch was not any tighter after he unassembled it and put it back together with my help. The couch is beautiful and comfortable.

UPDATE: Better Late Than Never (A Redemption Arc)
If you read my original review from over a year ago, you know it wasn't exactly a glowing one. Three months in, I had feelings. Many of them. And I aired them all out. But here I am, well over a year later, and I owe this couch — and more importantly, this company — an updated review. Shortly after my original post, Logun from the ***** concierge team reached out. And I don't mean a generic "we're sorry to hear this" copy-paste response. I mean they actually reached out, actually listened, and actually did something about it. Logun walked us through fabric options, sent samples to our home, and checked in along the way to make sure we were being taken care of. It felt less like customer service and more like having a friend in the furniture business. We switched out the fabric, and honestly? We love this couch now. Like, genuinely love it. The kids pile on it, the pets do whatever they want, and it holds up. It's become exactly what we hoped it would be when we first bought it — the family hangout spot, no stress required. Is it still pricey? Yes. Was the assembly still a whole thing? Absolutely (my hands remember). But what I can tell you after truly living with this couch is that the product, paired with a team that actually stands behind it, makes it worth it. Logun and the ***** team turned a frustrated customer into a loyal one. That's not easy to do, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Five stars for the journey, and for a company that doesn't just sell you something and disappear.
