Loved the bracelets and the customer service

I actually ordered two sets initially. When one of the bracelets came broken, I contacted Koss. They were quick to offer a solution and fulfilled on their promise. When you are dealing with online companies, you always worry about customer service, but Koss was great to work with. I will be purchasing additional pieces.

Great looking bracelets but just too tight

Great looking bracelets but one of them has the knot exposed and I cannot get it to hide into the Tila bead. It is very uncomfortable and makes my wrist itch. Plus these bracelets are just too small for me. I feel like I have spent a lot of money for something that I probably won’t wear.

The Iconic set certainly did not disappoint. My Mum loved them so much I’ve purchased a set for her birthday. I have been so impressed I’ve gone on to order many more of these stunning bracelets. They are so comfortable you forget you have them on. A word of warning - these are addictive, so beautiful. I’m sure I’ll be adding more to my fast growing collection!!
