Just found found out about this recently
I ride between 125-175 miles in a normal week,usually consisting of averages of 35-40+ miles. last year I started getting thigh cramps after riding, and a couple of times later in my ride. I read about this product on The Feed and decided to try it out. All I can say is it just works great. Works almost immediately after ingesting. Now if I am on a longer ride I generally use it before experiencing any cramping as a preventative and I have not been disappointed. Great product.

So sweaty
I am such a sweaty runner. These may get possible not to start getting G.I. distress later on in a race. I’m so happy to have the grossest food in the world to keep my gut happy.
