I Love This One!

While perusing my favorite website, I noticed this really awesome slipcover, which drew me in, as is often the case with the slipcover kings, VS! I have always loved this film, and it looks tremendous with this new restoration!

The film has a sly, slightly off‑kilter tone, the sort that makes you wonder whether you should be laughing, cringing, or both. It is messy in a very human way, which is part of its appeal. The release gives the movie a clean, steady presentation that suits its mix of dark humor and low‑key tension. The transfer brings out the suburban color palette without making it look too polished, and the grain sits naturally on the image. Audio is crisp and easy to follow, letting the performances land without distraction. The extras round things out nicely, offering context for a film that never quite fit into a neat category. Strange Movie

Strange movie but excellent audio and video restoration. Moments are a blast but the real cool part of this release is all the features that manage to put the movie into a bit of perspective.
