High quality bag but can be improved
This is a great bag overall. It has a lot of organization for a tech heavy load. I will say it feels like it packs a little smaller than the advertised capacity. My only other complaint is that the shoulder straps are a little uncomfortable when traveling with a heavier load.

Excellent all rounder pack
I was skeptical that this would be too big for work and travel, but I found it’s perfect for everything I need. Excellent storage and organization. I needed something for work and to double as my travel backpack. This is borderline a perfect pack I just wish it came in XPac so I put 5 stars but it’s really 4.5
