Balsamic Fig & Walnut Fromage

Just opened this last night and it was really good! The flavor reminds me of when I was able to eat cream cheese, and used to cover a block of it with a jam or jelly- only not quite as sweet. We enjoyed it with grain free crackers, and it was delicious

I've ordered this before and glad it was still available. The combination of balsamic flavor and fig is genius especially in a cheese format.

First let me say my mom was from Paris and we are serious cheese snobs. I’m completely blown away by the balsamic fig . Incredible. The texture and flavor is spot on. The Brie is excellent as well. I can’t wait to try the others in my box. I’m enjoying one at a time to truly appreciate them. Thank you for making artisan vegan cheese that blind test no one would ever know
