Quality

These hydration salts aren’t grainy and mix in very quickly to the water, I will say it is more on the thicker side the density of the water when added and too make sure you have a decent sized bottle as the flavoured slats are strong however they aren’t sweet which I like and you will be grabbing your bottle more and feel the benefits quickly.
