"He's just not that into you..."

I was expecting some love, but "He's just not that into you." is how I felt. I submitted an order with a custom request and I thought I added a good description. I had to reach out for a proof. I received a generic suggestion to make my design larger... even though my notes specified 1.5" square. After several more, very slow, generic correspondences, I got the proof and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. So cute with the stitch lines! I was pretty excited, but when my "self-inking" stamp arrived, it was a wood mounted stamp with an ink pad. If it had been communicated to me that the only option was a wood mounted manual stamp, I would have been fine with it. I'm sorry, but the communication left a lot to be desired. Low rating for very poor communication & product not exactly what I ordered. All that said, it works great and is super cute!
