Terribly packaged for shipping. Arrived looking like it had been kicked across the country. Not taking a chance on them failing from being mishandled. Customer support keeps asking for pictures when they were sent pictures in the original request for return. The foot dragging is real y’all.

It took over a month to get my order. The company needs to at least send out an email to the consumer when the product will be delayed in arriving. It’s called customer service.
