Perfect protein powder for my needs

I am on a diary free diet so I had to find an alternative to whey isollate. I lift pretty heavy and have quite a bit of muscle for a woman and did not want to lose that. I add this to smoothies or hot cereal.

I have an allergy to whey so decided to try the Beef protein. I was looking for minimal ingredients and this one has just that. I am enjoying it very much. Thanks for making this.

Love it!

I love this protein powder! I mix a scoop with greek yogurt and it gets really thick. It doesn't mix great with just a shaker, but does pretty good in a blender. I find it's also really good in hot water as a hot drink.
