Great boot!

Every maker claims their boots are comfortable right out of the box. These really are. True-to-size. Comfortable fit with nice wide toe box. Well-constructed and tough, but a vamp pliable enough to quickly mold to the foot. The only boots among all those I've worn over the years that I can compare these with for quality of construction and materials is a very old pair of Kansas-made Olathe's that I have. And love that Hyer red!

Second pair of Hyer boots

The last pair of boots I bought were from Hyer, some beautiful black caiman. My daily wear boots that I’ve worn for quite a while finally gave out, so it was time to turn back to Hyer. I bought the Sawyer and when they hit the doorstep, they got to work. These boots fit my foot so perfectly, I thought I’d had them for months. Seriously, they are the most comfortable boot I’ve slipped on my foot. These are truly perfect.
