The ear plugs do not keep out the noise as described on the website. The sleep mask is ok but i do not believe that these items should cost as much

It has definitely helped my sleep and I want to keep going with the products. I've had disrupted sleep for months but I'm now improving though not at 8 hours without waking up.

The sleep tablets definitely work for me - once I fall asleep I get a much better night's sleep than without them! The earplugs are the best I have ever used. I have tried so many different brands and options (I have a strong need for sleep-time earplugs that work well) and these are literally light years ahead of the others.
