8-in-1 Magnesium Complex

Just arrived and I popped 2 like instructed but I think 4 a day would be more recommended. 2 in the day time and 2 before bed. You should add more than just 15 capsules honestly and hands down with all due respect. Thankful and glad I will have the benefit of trying such product.

One bottle only has 15 day supply , luckily I got four bottles on sale. Foe the price each bottlw ahould have atleast a 1 mo th supply. Packaged nicely, ahipped fast. Not wnough product for the price. So far I havent noticed any differences, but only been taking for a week.

I've only been taking it for 3 weeks My body feels the same I don't cramp no more but my legs will tingle still and go numb then I fall and hurt hip and tailbone at least once a week I recover I do it again I recover I do it again. But my cramping has ceased That's the only difference I feel
