Trial Kit

I live in a very hot state and unfortunately the package arrived with the glue leaking out of the tube and sticking to a set of the eyelashes. BUT I was very impressed with Alexis from the concierge team that helped me get a claim file filed and approved it immediately. Because of this I still gave the product 5 stars. Good customer service goes a long ways.

Wasn’t expecting this to be a disposable case. I thought it would be plastic like the control kit but a travel size. It’s not. Arrived damaged and the wand is terribly quality. Worst one of the all the wands I’ve seen from Lashify. Doesn’t even open wide enough to use.

Great starter price, but disappointed with the dexterity of the wand. The wand barely opens, making it difficult to do it's only task. The premapped starburst lashes, as well, seemed like low-quality backstock, as many of the gossamers had a thin 'hang-nail' type of plastic on the seams -thus creating huge discomfort in the lash line area.
